Best Bets of Week 15

Best bet record 18-22-2

Another successful best bets week as I went 2-1 once again. It was actually my best week overall with spreads as I went 11-5 in last weeks action. The goal is to get over .500 and the last two weeks are certainly helping. Doug Pederson continues to be a covering/winning machine without Carson Wentz as they won outright vs the Saints. The Giants failed me once again and that was strike three so they are BANNED! PJ’s Guarantee is back up to a .500 record with a Ravens win on MNF. Holy crap was that a great football game and glad we were on the right end of the worst beat of the 2020 season. Lets keep this little win streak going, here my weeks 15 best bets.

1) Steeler(-13) @ Bengals

For the 3rd straight week the Monday Night Football game is on best bet list. The Steelers were the only undefeated team left 2 weeks ago but since then have dropped two straight and now hold the 2nd seed in the AFC. With Buffalo beating them last week these Steelers have no room for error if they want to maintain at least that 2nd seed. That starts this Monday night. I expect to see a much better football team on Monday, the Steelers are out for revenge to prove to the league they aren’t a fluke and the Bengals just happen to be in their way. The first time these two teams played it was a blow out of 36-10 in the Steelers favor and that was with Joe Burrow in. Now starting QB Brandon Allen is also banged up and if he can’t make it Ryan Finley will get the start. Pittsburgh is 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games within the division. Cincinnati is 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games in December and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall. Pittsburgh is 21-7-1 ATS in the last 29 meetings between these two teams and 16-3-2 ATS in the last 21 meetings between these two teams in Cincinnati. Pittsburgh has dominated in Cincinnati in recent memory I expect that to continue on Monday night Steelers 27 Bengals 10

2) Dolphins(-1) vs Patriots

This is such a trap game. I know it, the public knows it and Vegas knows it. I simply do not care. The Miami Dolphins are a better football team then the New England Patriots. I know that Belichick is 21-5 in his career vs rookie QBs and just 2 weeks ago when the Chargers were favored at home vs the Patriots Belichick stomped them 45-0. The difference is that this Dolphins defense is top tier and they might have the best corner in the game in Xavien Howard who now has 9 picks on the season and one in 5 straight games. New England is 2-5 ATS in their last 7 road games. Miami is 5-0 ATS in their last 5 home games and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 division games. New England is 2-6 ATS in the last 8 meetings between these two teams in Miami. This is one of those games where do you think the Patriots or Dolphins are a playoff team. I have been on the Fins the entire year and will not go against them now. Dolphins 23 Patriots 17

3) Football Team (+6.5) vs Seahawks (PJ’s Guarantee)

With the Ravens coming through in one of the best games I have ever seen we are now 7-7 on PJ’s Guarantees. Good thing I post on Thursday as we got the line at -1 but I feel awful for all Browns (+3) bettors, that was a brutal beat. We move on to the Washington Football team where if you haven’t been paying attention to them, you should really start to. They are much better than their 6-7 record suggest. Winners of three straight and in those games they are allowing 14.25 points per game. They are 3rd in the league in fewest passing yards allowed at 206 yds/game and they are tied for 4th in NFL with 40 sacks. I think this line is way to big as Vegas saw the Seahawks blow out the Jets 40-3 and jumped the line up. Why I don’t care about Seattle’s great performance last week? It was vs the Jets! Might as well been a bye week. Over the last 6 weeks Russel Wilson has turned over the ball 13 times and are you not going to get away with that kind of play vs this team. The Seahawks are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 road games. The Football Team are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games as an underdog and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games overall. Talent wise these teams aren’t so different so I’ll take the points all day and even take them straight up Football Team 23 Seahawks 20
